08 sure is great! (oh that was lame). We’ve made it half way through. Sadly, the extra weight around my waist has made through as well! So much for that resolution to lose a little bit of weight!

2008 has brought a lot of changes to ReadyWire. I though it might be beneficial to cover some of these feats in this blog.

NOW ACCEPTING CREDIT CARDS- Long-time customers will remember a time where ReadyWire accepted credit cards without having to rely on a third party company like PayPal. Overnight one night, our merchant company more than quadrupled our merchant rates. Continuing to accept credit cards under those terms would have forced us out of business. That’s where PayPal entered the picture. They’ve served us well over the past five years. But last week marked another milestone in ReadyWire history. We’ve struck a deal with PayQuake, a world-class merchant account company. Not only are they enabling us to accept credit card payments, they’re also going to assist our customers in accepting credit card payments from their customers! More information on this partnership will be released in the coming weeks.
If you are a current ReadyWire customer that would like to be billed via credit card, please email our billing department. We’ll tell you how to make the switch!
NEW SITE DESIGN - Internally, we’re calling it ReadyWire Version 4.0. What do you think? We believe this is the most functional site that ReadyWire has ever had. We’d love to know what you think. Email us your thoughts.
CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER- Providing you with a high level of customer satisfaction AFTER you sign up is as important to us as providing you with assistance before the sale. That’s why we’re inviting you to step inside our billing & technical support database. Take advantage of the same screens that our agents see. Rather than having to email a support agent, you can find many of the answers to your technical and billing questions by simply logging in.
